Once we have received your enquiry, a member of our team will be in touch to learn a little more about your plans. This helps us check availability and put together accurate options that suit your event. We’ll always show you all suitable choices rather than pushing you towards a single option. You are free to ask questions, take your time, and lean on our experience whenever it helps.

STEP 4

Confirm.

When you’re happy to proceed, we’ll get everything booked in with payment of a deposit. At this stage, we’ll also arrange a short call to confirm a few initial details and prepare your Booking Contract. Payment terms are always clear and can be viewed in full via our FAQs. From here, your date and musicians are secured, and we take care of the rest.

STEP 5

Enjoy.

In the weeks leading up to your event, we’ll arrange a final call to confirm timings, logistics, and any last musical details. This usually happens one to two months before the day, once everything else is in place. We’re always on hand if questions come up along the way. On the day itself, you can relax and enjoy the moment, knowing everything has been carefully planned and delivered by experienced musicians.
